One modus operandi of dealing with unpleasant bosses may be to activate their hostility back on them, a brand-new study suggests. Hundreds of US workers were asked if their supervisors were combative - doing things such as yelling, ridiculing and intimidating rod - and how the employees responded to such treatment.
